Set to be Australia’s tallest building, STH BNK By Beulah will be a stunning sculptural form composed of two towers defined by twisting geometric glass façades and the highest vertical garden in the world. STH BNK By Beulah will be an exemplar of biophilic design, an architectural approach that considers how to connect a building’s occupants to nature. Such buildings create healthy environments for a healthier lifestyle through natural landscapes and lighting, ventilation, and sunlight. The precinct’s design achieves this by setting a new standard in vertical urban living through the biophilic design of residences, extensive greenery from the pocket parks to the Sky Garden, and active circulation networks such as the landscaped steps leading to the open-air STH BNK Square. As the residential towers rise into the sky, pocket parks punctuate the building form and create a green oasis for the exclusive use of residents. There is a park for every eight levels, each designed to have its own energy, from active spaces to places of rest and relaxation
